Ever wondered how the stars train in order to keep improving as players? Ever wanted to see the drills they do and understand exactly how hard they work each session?

The Lucozade Sport Performance Panel is here to give amateur players a unique insight into professional performance and showcase the drills and training regimes of the country’s best sides. The coaches involved will also be passing on constant advice and tips to grassroots footballers and answering your own performance questions.

This month we are concentrating on how to improve technique and skill with former Chelsea and Spurs player Jason Cundy. Jason played alongside the likes of Paul Gascoigne and so has seen his fair share of flicks and tricks. You can now watch his master class with Raynes Park Rovers FC and learn the drills that help to hone technique and build skill levels.
